Proxy Voting - Gillingham Football Club plc

Gillingham Football Club shareholders may wish to assign the trust as a proxy to vote at the AGM.
The trust with the proxy votes will represent the views of shareholders at the meeting.

When you receive your form of proxy you can appoint "Gillingham Supporters Trust" as your proxy.
Your form of proxy should be received by the registrars no later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting.

Completion and return of a form of proxy will not prevent you from attending the meeting and voting in person, if you so wish.

Share Donations - Gillingham Football Club plc

As part of the structure of a supporters trust we will hold shares in the football club.
This will enable the trust to represent supporters at the clubs annual general meeting and vote where required.



On the 4th January 2002 the directors of Gillingham Football Club announced that the clubs shares would no longer be traded on the OFEX exchange. A letter explaining the background was sent to all shareholders you can read it here.


Following the withdrawal from OFEX shareholders may wish to donate shares to Gillingham Supporters Trust.
